Dr. Fagan’s office is located at 670 Meridian Way, a modern office sharing space (Elevate) located approximately 5 minutes from either I-270 at the Cleveland Avenue exit or I-71 at the Polaris Parkway exit. Once you enter the building, we are located on the first floor in Suite 138.

Parking

Free parking is available at the main (north) entrance to the building.

The building is handicapped-accessible.

Dr. Srsic’s office is located at 633 High Street in the heart of Old Worthington. The building sits on the southwest corner of High Street and New England Avenue - between the Worthington Inn and La Chatelaine Bakery. There is a gift shop, Fritzy Jacobs, on the ground level, and the office is located upstairs. Entry is off High Street; the door is marked 633. Once upstairs, you will see a door with Dr. Srsic’s name on it that will take you into the waiting room. Please allow some extra time for parking as the building does not have its own parking lot.

Sometimes there are available spaces on High Street or New England Avenue (north side of building). Additionally, there are parking spaces in municipal lots behind the Worthington Inn which is next door (located on the northwest corner of High and New England), behind the Worthington United Methodist Church (High St. but a bit further south), and behind the building that contains House Wine and Elli Nail Salon (this is on High Street but diagonal from the office).
